I need a good realestate agent in San diego,ca.?

Does anyone know of a good, experienced, real estate buyers agent who knows there way around san diego, ca? The one I have now is just not experienced enough and has had no luck with us for 3 months now.
I know several top agents in San Diego County. Please contact me off line and I can refer you to someone in the part of the county you want to live in as it is a large County and no one agent can show you all of it.

Honestly, most agents have no clue! My clients have to meet with me first, tell me what they are expecting to pay monthly and how much they think they need for a their down payment and closing costs. Once we meet, I have the buyers help me, help them find a home. Then, I credit some of my loan commission to the closing costs. Real estate agents are not allowed to do this if they are not brokers or can not do loans. There are a few of us out there with the experience and integrity to do this! I have help clients from LA to San Diego County!
