Why would you want to do that you wouldn’t be able to sell it when you don’t have access to the estate. Sounds iffy to me can you be more specific.

If you actually want to try and steal information and make it look like your own, then that’s a NO NO!
In addition, if you try to sell real estate without a license. That’s a major NO NO.References :
